There is no opt-out here, and that is the point
Most health websites put a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer because the law requires one once they sell or share data. We publish this page to tell you the opposite: we do not sell your personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and do not track you across sites. There is no toggle because there is no data flow to switch off.
What we would have to be doing for an opt-out to exist
Under the CPRA and similar state laws, a “sale” is broader than exchanging data for money — it includes disclosing personal information to a third party for other valuable consideration. “Sharing” specifically covers passing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioural advertising. Either would normally happen through advertising tags, analytics that build audiences, social pixels, or data-broker relationships.
None of those exist on this site. We run no advertising, no analytics, no pixels, and no third-party tags. See our Cookie Policy for the technical detail and Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it. Practically it changes nothing, because every visitor already gets the treatment GPC asks for.
Choices you do have
- Rights requests. Residents of California and several other states have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information. See our California Privacy Notice, or our International Privacy Notice if you are in the UK or EEA.
- Ask us anything. Email privacy@glp1.healthcare and we will tell you what we hold, which in almost every case is nothing tied to you.
- Leaving the site. We link out to primary sources like the FDA and DailyMed. Once you follow a link, that site’s own practices apply — and most of them do track.
If this ever changes
If we ever introduce something that constitutes a sale or share, we will publish a working opt-out mechanism on this page before it goes live, not after. That commitment is part of How We’re Funded.
